Three Little Words

Three little words
she wanted to hear,
as he kissed her lips,
and pulled her near.

She hesitated slightly,
as his hand moved down,
and worked at the buttons,
of her see-thru nightgown.

Three little words,
was all that she needed.
She looked up at him
and with her eyes pleaded.

He took her hand
and led her to the bed.
Not the three words she wanted,
"Got a condom," he said.
