He spoons with me and that’s heavenly too
The devotion I feel from him, and he does from me
The adoration I feel from him, as I too, adore him
The deep love I feel from him…and the unconditional love I give to him
It’s all so priceless, so very priceless
He looks into my eyes so deeply as I pet him
He stares intently as I speak to him
I look into his blue eyes and tell him he’s so precious to me
I kiss him on his head and he leans up to receive it, I smile.
He coos his sounds of pleasure as I stroke him
Sometimes he sounds as if he’s chirping
The more I pet, the more he makes his sounds…
His eyes half closed while I tell him how gorgeous he is
And how much I love him…I hug him and he nuzzles me back
I kiss his nose. I smile.
I sometimes wish for a man that has the same qualities as my cat.
