Bouyant
floating
drifting
dozing
They see our lives
But we ignore them
Invisible to us
We race them still
Passing by our window sills
They see the beauty we do not
A flower blooming
A squirrel hiding nuts
Birds singing
Streams gurgling
All forgotten they are
Forgranted by us
Like life itself
Reduced to dust
I wait for them to shout
WAKE UP!
Behold this world
You've given up
