Bridget69about 19 years agobut I also wonder about the vivid flamboyancy of the colors when the poem seems to express subtle and private emotions. Perhaps it serves as some contrast or comparison?
flyguy69about 19 years agoI confess I am puzzled by the illustration: it is bright, cheery and loud, yet the poem seems to be about whispers and feelings left in shadow. Is the contrast deliberate?
