Peter_Clevelandabout 2 years agoA wonderful, life-affirming, sex-affirming--and also funny--ending chapter. Halfway through the chapter, I had the sinking feeling that Sean and Donna were going to reveal that they had NOT had sex with each other because they both care so much about Alex, and sexual fidelity is oh-so-important, and blah blah blah blah blah. I'm very impressed and delighted that that definitely did NOT happen! The whole trilogy is super, but I do like Chapter 3 the best.
Anonymousover 2 years agoI loved to read this story, all three parts. Let me share a few thoughts I had:
There is a lot of depth in it, I've seen many stories here that basically add one hot scene on top of the previous but here I found not just scenes but key moments of a development, both the present time parts as the reminiscences discussing the development of the protagonists sexual identity. Her cocon, the internalized sexual repression, her fierce denial of parts of her own desires. How she projects her inner crisis into a manifest crisis outside. How she utterly fails to handle seeing her lover and her best friend and how they all hold her and take her in their arms after her breakdown.
Beth as the *dea ex machina* offers some explanation, private jet and limitless patience but it remains plausible.
For a while now I'm hunting for erotica from f. authors because among them I find more of stories with depth, with sex motivated from relation and emotion and less of an olympic 'bigger higher faster' discipline. Thanks for that.

The way you managed to show Alex's resistance to Beth's relentless advances was terrific and you culminated with a great description containing raw sex between two women. Great job.

pooky12349almost 7 years agoGoodness Althea, that was one helluva story! Nicely layered with some great characters. Except for Beth, she seemed to be more interested in getting into Alex's panties instead of trying to help her like she said she would. Then literally conning her into having sex with her. But despite that I still enjoyed the story, and you ended it just right.
It was great that Donna was a hellion in bed because that was what Sean needed and Alex wasn't giving it to him. But now with the lessons that she got from Donna and Beth I think she'll be able to put that to good use and who knows, maybe it won't be necessary for them to have a three way!
