Looking upon me with sympathy, she answered. "Shela wanted to do that. It was her decision. However, because she was unable to articulate her words or write, she blinked what she wanted, and confirmed it the same way. Because of the legal issues involved we recorded the entire thing."

Reaching behind the counter of the nurses station, she withdrew a paper DVD sleeve and held it out to me.

"This is ta copy of that recording. It was done in the afternoon, on the day before she died."

I watched in horror, as -against my will- my arm raised up of its own accord, extending itself and my hand opened and grasped the disc.

I knew the nurse and I spoke further, and that I signed some papers, but all that I recall in detail of that afternoon was the thought that played incessantly in my head. 'Fuck! Not another goddamn video of Shela!'

Yet another story stolen and monetized by a YouTuber, assuming the author did not give permission to use. With the proliferation of stolen Literotica stories used by YouTubers, I have to wonder what kind of bot they’re using to scour the site and lift the stories. Is the site that insecure? I remember when I first began designing websites through my software company, co-founded with a friend, we used a script to prevent right clicking and stealing our clients’ content. Of course, that was years ango and technology has come a long way since. My masters in computer science is way out of date and has been unused for over a decade so I’m not surprised that tech has passed me by. Still, I have to wonder if there isn’t a way for Literotica to protect its authors from intellectual property theft.

As for the story, it’s way too long, which is one reason I gave it two stars. Another is because the MC is a spineless coward, choosing to run away rather than confront his wife and her allegations. No real man I know of would do such a thing. Also, they wouldn’t cry and whine like a little child. They’d get angry, throw things and rage and possibly shed some tears in frustration, but they wouldn’t break down and cry like a baby. Too many stories here on lit have weak, spineless, cry-baby MCs. It make me wonder if this is what the younger generations have come to?

seems an odd place to end a story this long

Yet another MC from this author that is over done with an emotion, in this case it is being an angry dumb ass as opposed to the whiny little bitch of the last series I read. The plot and story are pretty good but the characters are just meh.

Slow, slow, slow, way too drawn out. Should’ve been half the length of this.

Having each love in the hospital was over the top, one with a lost eye, the other a lost leg. I just wish the MC had enough girlfriends to enable each to lose one of the body’s dual parts, though how one nostril would go would have been a challenge.
