Lovers

Some candles have burned out, extinguishing themselves, others, thicker ones, are still burning. When they can walk, which takes a while, they do a round of the room, blowing out candles until all is darkness. Retiring tiredly to bed, together. Spooning until they fall asleep. Sleeping skin to skin... Tomorrow is a whole other day... a blank page...
