As her pregnancy progressed she prayed everyday that the baby she was carrying was her brothers. She loved him so much and wanted to have his baby for him. As she got closer to her due date she was resigned to deal with whatever happened. One morning about 6 am her water broke and her husband drove her to the hospital. He had planned to be in the delivery room and she didn't care what the baby looked like now she just wanted it out. After about eight hours of labor it was time. The doctor told her to push and she did. She heard the baby's cries and she started crying too. The nurses cleaned the baby off and brought it over to her. It was a beautiful baby girl. The nurses made comment that she looked just like her momma. She was perfect and when April looked at her she noticed a birthmark on her shoulder. Aprils brother Gary had a birthmark in the exact same place.
When they were transferred to a room the whole family paid a visit. When Gary and his wife arrived he bent down to give his sister a kiss and she whispered in his ear.
"I know she's your's but we need to make sure soon."
He kissed her again and a little tear could be seen in his eye. A couple of week after the baby came home April took her to a testing clinic. They pricked her little finger to draw some blood. Gary went in later in the day for the same thing. Waiting for the results drove each of them mad. About a week later they came back.
Gary was the father.
They met for lunch one day to discuss what to do next. April knew Gary had saved her from a life of ruin. She wanted to spend the rest of her life with him and their daughter as a family. Gary admitted he really didn't love his wife and wanted nothing more then to be with April and the baby. The problem was they were brother and sister and how would they make that work?
April told her husband the truth, it wasn't his baby. She wouldn't reveal the fathers identity and just said it was a guy she had met at the gym. April's husband wanted a divorce and was awarded custody of their son. April knew that was for the best. Meanwhile Gary asked his wife for a divorce. She didn't fight him and he was generous and lucky they didn't have kids. April needed help making ends meet with the new baby and all, so Gary moved in with her.
Soon after Gary asked for and was granted a transfer to the West Coast with his company. Since both their parents were dead and they didn't have any other siblings when April and Gary moved to the coast they did so as husband and wife. After all they had the same last name and a baby girl they conceived. Nobody ever guessed they were brother and sister. April was satisfied with Gary's cock being the only one for her and Gary loved her everyday of his life. They had three more kids and loved their life together. They would laugh laying in bed at night thinking back on where they would be if they hadn't made the decision to see what it felt like that one night.
