Sholan Alliance - AU Bk. 02 Ch. 06

She finished up and just for good measure ran the short soft bristles over his ears. "All done and you look better. Not great since we have been sick but better." Crystal helped him gather up the few items that were theirs and left the room and they were shown to the gate.

When they walked out both were really surprised since his parents were there with their aircar. "Well son you didn't think we were going to let you catch a taxi home did you?" His father was grinning as Amahs opened the back door.

"Come on you two; get in so we can go home. I am sure both of you want some real food and a good shower and grooming to get the stinky medical smell out." When they climbed in she scooted over and once belted in she leaned against Crystal and captured one of her arms. "I was so worried when I found out you were sick. I am glad you are doing better." Just for good measure she lightly rubbed her cheek against Crystal's bare arm.

Crystal had to lower her head and turn it into Kingie's shoulder for a moment. Slowly breathing in his scent helped her relax. Eventually she was able to look at Amahs. "Thank you Amahs, that means more to me than you can imagine." Her voice was very soft when she said that.

Amahs didn't reply but kept rubbing her cheek against her arm in comfort. "When you get around to a shower let me know. I will wash your hair and help work some soap into your skin. Afterwards I can work a bit of oil in to keep it from drying out. I am sure both of you need it after being sick for so long."

Crystal managed not to tense at the mention of a shower with her. She had already seen the scars and hadn't said anything. "That sounds like a deal and we can both work on Kingie and de-stink him. I really don't like the smell of medical anymore." It wasn't much later before they arrived at the house.

As soon as Kingie's father parked the air car Amahs was opening the door and helping Crystal out. "I am sure Kingie told you but we already got your things from the guild." She twitched her ears at her and whispered conspiratorially to her. "I made sure and gathered up your cloths and unpacked them as well."

Crystal had to giggle at that. "Thanks Amahs for that." As they walked into the house they were chatting and swapping a few stories. Once inside Crystal flopped on the couch and leaned back and yawned. "I am so tired of being tired darn it. How much longer will I be sleeping? I want to go and walk around, meet some more of your friends, maybe some of your sisters and go shopping."

Kingie had to groan. "I will let mother and Amahs take you shopping. I do not like shopping the way you females seem to go about it. What is wrong with going into a store, purchasing what you need and then leaving?"

Both girls laughed at him and started taking fashions for Sholan's and what Amahs thought might work for Crystal. Kingie groaned and excused himself to go to his room. When he did he stopped and gave his mother a good hug and a wink. He was actually pleased with Crystal. This was the most outgoing she had been for a while.

Once everyone else was out of the hospital Dani and Z'Marl moved into the other room. They understood that during Billy and Tasha's link day they would need to go elsewhere to sleep. Sandi and Jenna had both told the two girls they could stay with them. Z'Marl had checked out of the accommodation guild before she had gotten out. Billy and Tasha had gotten her things and put them away for her already and the same for Dani.

"Welcome to the little place we call home." Billy grinned as the girls walked in and laughed at the low whistle that Dani let out.

"Nice digs pops, I might just keep you around for a while. Well until you get all the legal paperwork done..." She plopped down on one couch and bounced a bit. "Oh man this is nice. Are you sure the cushy living isn't going to corrupt the crusty old space captain?"

Tasha snickered at Dani and ruffled her hair. "Not if I can help it. We ran over to the ship and picked up some clothing and stuff as well as that brown stuff he drinks." She enjoyed some coffee but not a great deal. Now coco had hit the spot with her and satisfied her sweet tooth.

Z'Marl sat down next to Dani and also had to look around. "I think I am going to keep you around as well Yilly. I keep moving up in the world. Maybe letting you know I am a smart girl was worth the headaches." She curled an arm around Dani and relaxed.

Tasha snickered at them. "Just remember who got you here and sorry but I am not getting rid of him so I guess you are stuck with him." She fetched him something to drink and then settled down next to him. "It feels so good to not be stuck in the hospital. Well for you to be stuck and not able to get out. So are we going to Kingie's or Vangie's first?"

Dani started snickering at that. "Vangie's most definitely. I have got to see Sally's expression when she gets introduced to Vangie's former bondmate and daughter." It had taken all her will power to keep the teasing about that to a minimum.

Billy snorted at her. "Tell me about it and I am her father and should be horrified by her dating an old man." When Tasha lightly bopped his shoulder he ignored her. Z'Marl casually hissed at him as well which did get a slight chuckle from him. "Seriously I do think we should go to Vangie's first. I need to talk to Kingie but for now I think Crystal needs to settle in and not be bothered so soon. Give her time to start feeling like she belongs to a family again and has her own place. That and so she doesn't feel like we are checking up on her."

*Tasha do you have any idea when her birthday is? I simply don't remember ever hearing it. All I remember is her age being estimated at 16 or so.* It bothered him that he wasn't up to date on the females but it couldn't be helped. Now that he was out he could look into how they were doing.

*Actually she had turned 17 before the trip. The cruise was a birthday present even though she had pushed for it. I think her birthday is in nine or so months.* She rubbed her face against his and when he turned towards her kissed him. "So Dani have you gotten acquainted with some of the students around here?"

Dani narrowed her eyes slightly but did answer. "A few but between being sick and spending time with daddy I haven't really had time. I think Kingie is going to talk to the older of his two sisters and have her show me around. He also indicated he knew of some nice guys he would trust me with. I think he said something about not wanting someone's father to remove his tail since he rather likes it."

Billy started laughing at her comment and shook his head. "I trust you well enough to sense if a guy is being nice just to get in your shorts." He resisted winking at her. "We are going to be here for a while unless you decide you want to go back home to continue college. Another option to think about is continuing your studies here."

Dani wrinkled her nose at him for the first comment. When he mentioned staying to further her education she froze as she thought about it. "Now that is a damn good idea daddy. I might just have to look into it."

Z'Marl couldn't help but smile. "It is actually nice knowing that the others in the room are very intelligent as well. I don't feel quite so alone if that makes sense." When Dani gave her a hug and a peck she lowered her ears a bit since she hadn't been expecting that. "So has the design board approached you yet? If so I would be pleased to work as your assistant though depending on the hours I might get a waitress job in town as well."

They continued talking till they were tired and the three sick lame or lazy went to bed. Satasha was left in the lounge and was contemplating what to do. She wasn't tired at all and actually felt a bit restless. She was almost tempted to go for a run since they had access to the guild grounds since they were Leska's.

Instead she walked over to a window that looked out over the property. She stood there staring at the thick forest and open grassland and could feel it calling her name. Satasha was sorely tempted to toss her robe on the couch and go out on all fours but that wasn't what was really bothering her. After staring out the window for a while she heaved a disgruntled sigh. What she needed to do was call home and talk to her mother. Chances were good her father would be at work right now so she shouldn't get him.

Satasha was still very irritated with her father and wasn't going to talk to him till he called and apologized. She didn't like the strain it was causing both her and the rest of her family and she desperately wanted to see all of them. She wanted to introduce her mother and siblings to Billy and Billy to them.

She hardened her face and walked over to the comm.. If her father answered she would ask for her mother. If he decided to be a pain about it she would simply hang up. She pressed the button to call home and waited. When her mother did answer she heaved a deep sigh of relief. "Hello mom how are you doing?"

Her mother sighed. "I am doing well though your father is still in a foul mood and I am about ready to toss him out on his ear for a while. I know he can be stubborn and opinionated at times but this is entirely too much. Tell me your version of what happened."

Satasha grunted at her mother's comment. "Well he came to the room and..." She had called up the video of the conversation with her father and told her mother everything. "I was so angry with him it wasn't funny. Yilly wasn't amused either but Father has met his match there. If Yilly will take on pirates and win I am not too worried that father might browbeat him." Behind her she heard the bedroom door open.

When she glanced over her shoulder Billy was walking out with just a pair of shorts on and the sling for his arm. The dressings were blatantly obvious since they covered most of his right chest and back. "Hey love. I felt you talking to your mother and wanted to come and say hello." He settled down next to her and gave her a kiss before turning to the screen. "Good afternoon and it is nice to see you again."

Her mother looked shocked at the dressings on his shoulder as well as his lack of fur. "How did you get hurt? I hope you are healing well." She straightened up slightly. "I know that it isn't the same but I do apologize to you for my mates actions. It was uncalled for and at the very least should have waited till you were better."

Billy resisted the urge to shrug. "You didn't have anything to do with it. That was his choice to try and demand answers about our relationship. You have nothing to apologize for though he does. I do not wish to sound harsh but till he does apologize I would not feel comfortable coming over. I know this makes it hard on you since I am sure you and your other children want to see her. Maybe we can arrange a time to meet at one of the diners around here."

Satasha sent him a thanks since she really hadn't wanted to tell her mother than. "I would like to see all of you and I like the idea of going to one of the outdoor diners. I will send you a message with some suggested dates and times. I really want you to meet my bondmate and Leska. I know that you will like him."

Her mother chewed on her lip for a moment. "I hate having to do that but I am not going to let his foolishness get between me and my oldest girl. I will send you a list of times and dates first and then we can go from there."

Billy nodded. "Thank you for understanding my position on this." He scratched his short beard. "Oh I was hurt after I captured the pirate ship. It seems whoever they worked for didn't appreciate it and took a pot shot at me." He shrugged. "Price of business and all that and just another day of being a starship captain."

Satasha rolled her eyes at him when he said that. "Yilly you are a silly man. Don't even try that down home awe shucks attitude. I know better." She gave him a patient sigh. "Anyways mom we need to go and thank you for listening. Love all of you and talk to you later." She disconnected the call and leaned against him and sighed.

Before Dani and Z'Marl climbed into bed both decided that a shower was in order. There was still a slight medical odor lingering which both disliked. Dani stretched before pulling out some clean underwear. The Sholan's might not wear them but she needed to and it felt weird not wearing any. "I am so glad to be out of there and also for Daddy and everyone else being out of there as well."

As Dani was talking and stripping Z'Marl was as well. "Tell me about it. I am going to need a good brushing after the shower or after the nap." She had to stop talking for a moment to take care of an itch and growled at the loose fur on her claws. "I know it is going to take Yilly time to recover but I am really missing him in bed at the moment."

Dani had to snicker at her. "I think that is going into the too much information category. I do not need to think of my daddy in that way. Parents are supposed to be asexual creatures to their kids." As she was laughing she walked over to Z'Marl and wrapped her arms around her and leaned against her. "Thank you for sleeping next to me when we were sick. It really did help." It had also helped Dani get used to sleeping with someone who was furry.

Z'Marl wrapped her arms around Dani and returned the hug. "I am glad you were there as well. I think it would have been much worse for me if I hadn't had someone to hold on to." She also found Dani rather attractive as well and had to wonder if she might like to do a bit more than sleep. "I do have a question for you. Please don't take this the wrong way and if I am reading more into it than I think tell me. There was one or two times when you stroked my fur that felt like more than just for comfort. I know we were sick so I am probably reading more into it but wanted to know." God she felt like she was going to die of embarrassment for asking.

Dani hid her face in Z'Marl's chest and blushed. She mumbled something and then took a deep breath. "I would have to say I am rather curious what you would be like. I feel weird saying that knowing that you are my daddy's companion though." That was the part that was bothering her the most. The part about being curious what Z'Marl would be like didn't bother her. She was an adult and could choose who she spent time with in or out of bed.

Z'Marl blinked and then wrinkled her muzzle at her. "I can see where that might cause you some resistance to spending time with me. However I would enjoy spending some time with you. How about we take a shower and talk about it. Or we can simply see how far you might be able to go?" She wasn't going to push since that would be wrong. She could however gently nudge her in that direction.

Dani contemplated it and then nodded. "We can do that and I will let you know if it is getting more than I am comfortable with." She looked up at Z'Marl as she wrapped her arms around her neck and pulled her head towards her and gave her a gentle kiss. As she was kissing her Dani let her tongue lightly run across Z'Marl's lips.

Z'Marl was somewhat startled but not by the kiss but Dani being this forward. She wasn't going to complain since her arms felt good around her neck and the kiss was very nice. It was different from Billy's since he was male and when he kissed her there was overtones of demand with it. Not demand in a bad way since that wasn't who he was but more as a male in charge and taking charge. When Dani kissed her it was more of a question and suggestion.

Z'Marl leaned into the kiss and returned the favor by sliding her tongue across Dani's lips and then gently urging them apart. She took some time kissing her this way and Dani appeared to be doing the same. When she finally withdrew her tongue she nibbled on Dani's lower lip before stepping back. "I enjoyed that and thank you."

Dani had worked her hands into Z'Marls hair as they were kissing and she could feel her nipples hardening. It had been a nice kiss and she had been wondering what it was like to kiss a Sholan. "I can say the same as well." She glanced down at her breasts and had to grin. "They seem to agree. Now are we going to take a shower or shall we test the bed first."

Z'Marl glanced down as well and grinned. "Well you can't see mine but they are feeling similar to the way yours look." She slid her hands up Dani's sides and gently stroked the curve of her breast with her thumbs. "Your skin is so soft and I love your curves."

Dani didn't get a chance to reply before Z'Marl started stroking her sides and breasts. She had to close her eyes and lightly bit her lower lip as she focused on the sensations. In her lower abdomen she could feel warmth starting and a hint of moisture between her legs. "Thank you and you are beautiful as well. I love the color of your fur and when you had your arms wrapped around me I felt so warm and comfortable."

Dani let go of Z'Marl's hair and slid her hands down her chest till she felt her nipples under her palms. Once she felt them she started working her fingers through the fur till she found them. "Your skin is so very soft as well."

Z'Marl groaned slightly as Dani found her nipples and started stroking them. She was starting to get wet as well and if they didn't stop soon she wasn't sure she would be able to. "Vartra's Bones don't stop. That feels so good. Don't get me wrong I like male's attention as well but I have found that women can satisfy women in ways a guy can't." Dani had to smile at Z'Marl's reaction and started actually playing with her nipples. Since she wasn't sure just how sensitive they were she started very gently. Light tugs and twists of her nipples mixed with stroking her fingers around what would be her areola's. When Z'Marl started running her finger around her nipples it felt really good. The pads on her fingers were somewhat rougher than a humans and it felt really good. "I think I am going to have to say no way in heck am I going to stop. Z'Marl couldn't help but snicker at her comment. "Frustration is not good so let's take care of that now." She scooped Dani up and carried her over to the bed and settled her down. Since Dani had some panties on Z'Marl skinned them off and after twirling them on a finger tossed them over her shoulder. "Don't need these do we?" Z'Marl crawled up the bed over Dani's body and lowered her head to her lips and started kissing her.

Dani had to laugh when she was scooped up and dumped on the bed. When Z'Marl started working the panties off she lifted her bottom up to make it easier. "Nope, don't need those right now." She was definitely starting to feel wet between her legs. As Z'Marl worked her way up Dani's body her fur was tracing her curves and was sending little zings through her body. She returned the kiss with passion. Her hands were stroking her back and sides and the feel of the fur on her arms and brushing against her body were such a turn on.

Z'Marl had to pause and there was a slight glint in her eyes. "I do have one question for you, since your clothing arrived before you did I unpacked it for you. What is that long silver tube that was rolled up in a shirt?" She knew what it was since they had similar but just had to tease Dani about it.

Dani instantly blushed and then growled at her. "Naughty kitty, just for that I should spank you." Just because she did lightly spank Z'Marl on the bottom before starting to stroke the cheek and massaging it. "Well if the nosy kitty wants to get said silver tube I can show her." Just for good measure she sucked Z'Marls lower lip into her mouth and nibbled on it as well as sucking it between her teeth.
