I shook my head and smiled, and drove off. I arrived home about 10 minutes later, close to midnight. I was just going to bed when my phone rang. It was Liv, presumably home from the concert. I answered, "Hey, babe. How was the show?"
She replied bluntly, "Great. But not as good as your night was, right? Meghan texted me. So come on, let's hear it. I want details, baby!"
"Meet me tomorrow for breakfast at 8 and I'll tell you all about it. Details included."
"You're on, sexy! See you then. Love ya, bye." She hung up.
That was one hell of a night.
