Swapping Partners

Great story. I loved it. The build up to the magic night is suspenseful. The actual swap is graphic and provocative. I knew that Martin was going to take a blow to he ego. Nicole's reaction was mean and hurtful. I think she is more unsophisticated rathe than naive. Without regard for Martin's feelings she kind of rubbed his nose in it, and days later is pushing Peter to meet again regardless of the impact it might have on her marriage. The swapping awoke something in her that can't be quenched. I see Martin and Nicole divorcing, and even Peter won't satisfy her in the end. I don't see a rosy future for Carol and Peter either. At the end he is giving in to Nicole's pleas for a rematch. Cheating never bodes well for a marriage.

I am looking for a middle aged couple to be friends and hopefully lead my shy, religious wife into swapping. She is slow to warm up but she is a caged tiger. Once the dam of inhibitions begins to crumble, a powerful, emotional, sexual river will be released.

I gave it ***stars because of the needless and frustrating insertion of Carol and Martin which added nothing to the story until the end.

Excellent writing (if not excellent grammar). I will wait to see what the author does with it. Too good to leave so abruptly. (It's "for [whomever] and me" not "for [whomever] and I" for example.)

Good story and well written. The best cure for the jealous martin is for carol and peter to get martin back for a second round with just carol. Let him believe its just carols idea that peter is ok with it. Bolster Martins ego and he will feel better and maybe they can salvage a good relationship with each other. Martin can learn ways to make love to his wife , from carol that will have her able to relate to him rather than Peter as her #1 lover . Better for all to know their priorities. A long term polyamory relationship is a good possibility when all four are on the same page.

This story was very well written. It had a plot, good character development, hot sex, and consequences for the characters’ actions. It earned five stars and a favorite author vote.

You obviously don,t know what you're talking about. Almost by definition, in your "psychology practice", you are only going to see those who feel they have a problem. What about all the swingers you don't get to see? I don't see how you can make a call of "at least one of four has a problem with swinging". The only problem I had with the story was the somewhat "Machiavellian" pressure applied on Nicole by Martin and Carol. Martin should "be careful of what he wishes". Undue pressure should never ever be applied to potential swingers.

Thanks for a well written story. Gave it a 5. I have a suggestion for a follow up: Nicole's husband decides he can't handle the swapping because Nicole has already fallen in love with Peter. He kicks her out and Nicole moves in with Peter and Carol who both fall in love with Nicole and the three of them live happily ever after. You may have to rewrite this story to include a stronger attraction between the two women to support their subsequent love. Huh, huh huh!?

I'm hoping to read the continuation some time.

the author stopped writing. The sex in this story was quite descriptive and very well done but it was the emotional effect of swapping that took this tale out of the ordinary.<P> The Big Bopper leaves us hanging with the question of whether the marriage of Nicole and Martin can be saved and is it worth saving. There is also a suggestion that the marriage of Carol and Peter will not be the same since Peter seems to be willing to go behind his wife's back to have another bout of sex with Nicole.<P> In short, we have two marriages which are in less than ideal shape but we will not be treated to a resolution unless the author sees fit to give us a Ch. 2. We can only hope that The Big Bopper will continue to write about Carol and Peter and Nicole and Martin.
