This three-part story is written as a triptych, with three parallel stories that interact with each other at various points. Virginia has lost Bonnie to cancer and must find someone new to take her place. Judy has lost Jon to an auto accident and wants to find someone to take his place. Alex has has both Virginia and Judy walk out of her life and wants to find someone to love.
