Scars
Bent and broken on her knees she can not see him.
She feels the searing of his breath on her soul.
Her tears will not cool the flesh that will burn for her crimes, but they will temper the lesson to form scars on her heart.
Scars; which will remind her never to walk that path again.
Scars; which will remind her of her Master's care and concern
Scars; which will fade in time but a lesson that will not.
