slap me in my sleep:
i turn and dream of you.
call my name in anger:
i'm warmer, moist
delicate.
kiss my ankles: i daydream
of grazing in fields.
caress me tender
once:
i'm prone to sedition.

i say "leave" when i mean "love" - right.
i leave your wet towel to mildew.

but you arranged the tool drawer with such aplomb,
how can i balk when you call me your
little railway tunnel?

so just let me dream,
awake apple-cheeked and numb vague tingling -

revolutions, secessions should
wait.

rockin'

"I'm prone to sedition" is a particularly good line, but it all appealed.

This one was damn fine. Thanks.
