your lips crawl my body
like a spider stuck to brick

you satisfy my bootless cravings
like a cigarette turns a lung

you infiltrate my conscious fog
like a surfer falls from a board

matter of fact,

you manifest my destiny
like a plunderer consumes a nation

in all your travels
how many did you slaughter
before you settled me?

no matter

i'm as lucky as a single pea
in a pod made for three

exactly right

This piece is hilarious, and does exactly what it's supposed to do. Nicely done.

This is a very funny poem!

Some of the analogies are better (i.e., more half-assed) than others: the first one really cracked me up. Yes, it's a very flippant poem. :-)
