As usual your writing was excellent, but I can't stress how much it breaks my heart that it was so short. I check on this site EVERY DAY for an update. The idea of waiting another month and more for the next chaper is torture. Awww, but you're writing. So creative, sexy, and fresh. Please, please continue- and soon! I also would like to suggest please if you can stretch out the details. Sometimes I feel like you suddenly skip to the next part of a scene so quickly, maybe something more in the transitions? I wonder if she has any marks from the evil George's manhandling of her? If so I hope that incenses Rockdale and he gives his footman the boot!

Why the hell you did you introduce an uncomfortable character like George. Hated that part but everything else was fine.

I'm SO glad you wrote Eliza getting away from George, with Rockdale also seeing she moved away from his secretary Willoughby when he kept stepping toward her. Of course, I really wonder how you will resolve George and his mother's scheming--he disgusts me too--and obviously the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Love their banter at the end, plus how you painted their interaction while Bissette fitted her and when he laughed, then kissing her tenderly. He's softening and I love it. :) 5
