The story was too far fetched. No HR Manager would risk their job and sexual harrasment law suit for an hour of sex. Get real; or just start out your story by stating it's all a bunch of made up crap.

It would help your story greatly if you created some dialog between the characters. The way it's currently written, we don't get a sense of what they are really like, their personalities.
