I really loved the beginning - the description of the poor guy trying to resist and slowly going under. I would have liked that to be much longer, maybe even a story in itself (I know you've done it before, but not in so much detail as to the thoughts of the subject)
Personally, i'm not a fan of the whole baby thing. Making babies, yes. Pretending to be a baby while having sex? Turns me off (I have kinks, just really not that one). Obviously this is only my personal view.
So I've put 50% when I really mean 100% (first part) and 0% (second part).
