Nicely Done

I liked the use of words and space. Because I'm not a wordsmith, I would appreciate if someone could clarify for me, would this be considered metaphor? The message and symbols are very overt and plain.

Though I disagree with the message, I appreciate the way (though I think the acrostic is quite inappropriate)the author expressed his/her opinion in a very artistic presence.
