Not sure what to make of this!
As a letter to a loved one I think it works. The nagging thing though is the throw away line about the husband wondering if the wife is thinking of his cock and not someone elses. That in it's self is not a problem, afterall a fantasy is up to the person thinking it. So the wife thinking of say, Brad pitt for instance, that's fine because the chances of her seeing Brad is at the very least unlikly. But of course if she thinking of her lover two doors down then that is something else. Am I making too much of this line? I might be. But anyway as a fantasy it works I don't always like your work but this is not bad at all.
