Not bad but eventually you switched from past tense to continuing present and that threw things off.

The timing of events at the end makes the ending seem a little strange. She is 46 when they start, and 4 years later he moves, and 2 years after that she is pregnant, so that makes her pregnant when she is about 51 - 53. Not impossible but it does get kind of difficult at that age.

Take your time and don't rush the ending. You can redo to ending and resumit it.

unless this is a true story and thats really the way it ended. In that case just give more details about how you decieded on how to present the child and how you desided raise it.
