Sarah had posed nude in the woods before. But as she was posing a couple of hikers passed close by and she had to crouch down to hide. Nervously watching the couple and praying they wouldn't look her way. All while Terry continued to sketch away with a grin on his face. "Stay like that Sarah. I'm going to turn this one into a painting for sure. The expression on your face is priceless." he chortled softly.

I haven't yet read the story in its entirety, but assume it features Sarah as a model who poses nude for artists for a living, but she has never grown comfortable with it and would be mortified if placed on public display. The expression of fear in the picture and her desperate stance to hide her nudity is perfectly conveyed. Even without the story, the art completely expresses her anxiety and fear in this situation.
