Click hereFrom memory, plus imagination. I've been in the hospital for a variety of reasons, most of them not a big deal really. Like many men, I have my fantasies about women "in the field". Nothing has ever really transpired. Often there is the factor of temperature — it's fairly cold in most hospital situations. Another is just the unpleasant circumstances. Sometimes, I am not attracted to the nurse or doctor. Afterwards, I can generate a more positive scenario.
This particular time, the nurse *was* quite attractive. Just recently, I had to go in for a colonoscopy (one of those not very pleasant circumstances, but not horrible). With very little material covering me; the surgical gown and a thin blanket, I was very aware of my cock there. The nurse was using me as a work surface to get the IV tube etc set up and would brush over my cock, but only with the stuff, not her hands.

As for the bag, it was an IV bag, just hydration. Never had an enema, that's not really "my bag".
I've drawn a few other Doctor encounters, which I "embellished a bit (maybe a lot).
