I realized that there are hundreds of Yvonne Jacksons on the Internet, posting all kinds of things on-line. I narrowed it down with search terms. And then, finally, I saw it: "Teenager dies during police raid on local massage parlor"
Yvonne chase and final moment
The police engaged Yvonne in a foot pursuit, but she was faster and managed to outrun them. When a motorized officer went around the block and tried to intercept her, she abruptly changed directions and ran into oncoming traffic.
Counseling
I don't even understand what the police were even doing there. At Gi-Gi's, I mean. They weren't doing anything! They weren't hurting anyone! It wasn't even prostitution, not really! She got killed for nothing! And how am I supposed to deal with that?
