Cookies & Cream: Abby

Hello all! Meet Abby! She is Farmer Fred's only daughter. She is hard working and makes friends easily. She loves to tinker some of the machinery for kicks. In fact, she just figured out how to use the ice cream machine. Ingrid didn't even help her. "May I pipe in?" ...Okay? "Well, I've noticed you got the ingredients all made and when the ice cream is done it's already frozen." Well, not frozen, but cold enough. "Well yeah, but you forgot the main ingredient to make it cold automatically. Charles told me about this. He said the diner adds dry ice in the cream mix. Oh, powdered dry ice of course! Plus you gotta add salt to enhance each flavor. Emma told me that." Salt? "Well sure! We use Himalayan Pink for our ice cream. You want to know how the diner got the dry ice?"
Maybe later. I'm intrigued, but now I feel embarrassed for not knowing all about it. "Well that's because you haven't made soft ice cream yourself. Don't beat yourself up for not knowing this!" Did I mention she's a great motivator?
