Vicky and Penelope had the option of practicing in the work-out clothing provided by the Department. However, Vicky suggested they should practice as they would be performing, in the nude, so they'd be used to it by the time they went before an audience.

Penelope would have opted for using the work-out clothing had Vicky not said anything, but she decided to go along with what her dance partner wanted. Vicky was right, it would be better to be totally used to being naked on the stage before having to go live.
