Drawing completed 10/2/22. This is Zy. (Like many of the subjects I use as references, obviously not a real/full name.) I originally drew this as a gag about AI art that now escapes me, and I ended up liking the way it came out despite drawing a lot more loosely/scumbley than I usually do. He liked it too, which was nice. I always worry that I might offend someone by drawing their portrait without permission, or that they won't like how they're depicted, but the times I've been contacted by my subjects have always been positive.
