A Sarcastic Aussie Online

She shook her head and rolled her eyes,
It served them right if she told more lies,
“Sure I could ride a kangaroo to school
But riding my emu, now that’s what’s cool.”

“Of course I wrestle crocodile’s just for fun
And make them into boots and belts when I am done
Yeah we all live in Sydney and drink Foster’s beer
We throw shrimp on the barbie, didn’t you hear?”

She began to feel frustrated and sad all at once
She really hadn’t meant to treat them like a dunce
But some of the questions were hardly thought through
And what’s a sarcastic little Aussie girl to do.
