As he glanced away, the flickering light of the candle caught his eyes. In his stare, he thought about the twinkle in her eye. He remembered the feeling of her moist, soft, glistening lips. His body began to tingle thinking about her sparkling smile. The man was in awe. His emotions were ablaze thinking of the love of his life.

As he turned back, he tightened his embrace and kissed his angel passionately. He was safe and secure in his baby’s arms. Her saintly glow replaced that of the candle. This ordinary event gave him clarity. For the light of his life was with him. In a instant, he understood the meaning of the words destiny. A tear rolled down his face.
