Thoughts while bathing.
Please enjoy.
Many thanks to Chris for the inspiration.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Warm moisture on skin, fresh dew-drop kisses,
Tender sunlight filtered by curtained lace,
Gentle pools circling soft flesh… ah, pure bliss!
Smooth lather, soap bubbles, transient whimsies,
Yet most sought after, their fragrant bouquet
Lingering, enticing… always tempting,
Whispered promises… always delivered.
Glorying in bareness, cleansed, unshackled,
Uncovered, disdainful of shrouds and robes,
The costumes worn for daily pretending,
Constricting, binding, tight’ning, never free…
But in this realm, this white-marbled kingdom,
Where I am mist-sprayed, pampered and caressed,
I surrender to selfish thoughts… of you.
