To a lovely young lady on the Amalfi Coast
I proposed a hearty and lusty wine toast.
“To love and good sex,
On teak wooden decks.”
Of the kind that I will cheerfully boast.

I took her there on the Isle of Capri.
On the beach for everybody to see.
I held her attention,
And I modestly mention,
Thinking of the isle she’ll now think of me.
