Under the waterfall she took
a breath to feel the cold clear
water fall upon her.
The hot summer day all
around her was much too
much for her to handle.

As she stood under the fall
she sprang back to life and
felt emotions return.
The heavenly feeling was
perfect as can be until
a bird broke her moment.

She watched as the eagle
soared through the silent
sky there above her.
She reeled within as her
heart and soul became one
inside of her mind.

Finally she laid upon the
soft grass to dry there
under the summer sun.
Again the eagle pierced her
ear as it screeched from
atop a cliffside.

It was a beautiful perfect
day as she dressed and
was soon on her way.
Back to her tribe beyond
the waterfall, there upon
the other side.

She sat alone thinking of
the waterfall, her thoughts
lost in the memory.
Soon she heard a voice
asking " where have you
been? "
" At the waterfall " she
said with a smile."
