And that is to let you take my sight away,
To blind me with that soft fur blindfold,
To place me at your mercy, in your control,
To feel, to sense, to surrender.

In darkness, I will trust you completely,
In blindness, I will rely on my other senses,
To guide me, to connect me to you,
To let go of the need to see, to watch.

For in this darkness, I may find a new kind of freedom,
In this blindness, I may discover a deeper connection,
To you, to myself, to the raw, primal desires,
That burn within me, that crave your touch.

So dear Sir, I give you permission,
To take my sight, to lead me into the unknown,
To show me a different kind of intimacy,
In the darkness, where our desires run wild and free.

Yours truly, in blind surrender.
