Down Deeply
(DEPRESSION)

I feel so lonely & so low,
As if I’ve lost a friend..
I have no where to go,
But maybe the near, near end.
To feel so low & so down,
As if I’ve been abused.
To be a little beneath the ground,
To except, I’ve been used.
To have raised spirits of someone else,
And in turn be stepped on.
As a book placed upon the shelves,
Or being walked upon the lawn.
To have opened up myself so well ,
And splattered against the wall.
As a hammer has hit a bell ,
Just go ahead . .
& let me fall . . .
