In a cruel world where masculinity is a necessity, I’ve fallen at your feet into my feminine.
Your dominance is a drink of fortitude.
A dose of strength to be delicate and lay down the armor I hide behind.
Left naked and Exposed.
You see me.
Accept me.
Guide me without the smothering pity.

You read the story written in my scars.
Taste the bitterness of the pain on my tongue.
But you never judge.
You offer a hand of empathetic cruelty that heals with every touch.
Intellectually building a castle of safety with an intimacy that’s beyond physical.
You are my fetter.
My emancipator.

You are the master of my existence.
The ruler of this intricate kingdom.
Walls that once stood weak, now unbreakable.
Built with time and a deep understanding of what’s contained.
You weeded out the bad seeds in the labyrinthian garden and sowed your own.
They blossom with a breathtaking beauty.
Their essence reciprocates divine dignity.

You snapped my psyche like a twig,
And repaired the motherboard.
Rewired my mannerisms to serve with a devotion fit for a King.

I remain in a limbo of uncertainty.
A final test of my strength?
I strive to be worthy of you in a sense of servitude.
I’m afraid and for once flight isn’t an option.
I’m bound to you by your ropes of invisibility.
They’re knotted through the hidden parts.
The patch of thorns they all refuse to see.
But you touched them.
Ran your fingers through them with grace.

You see me.
Accept me.
Guide me without a smothering pity.

There is no fleeing.
I am yours.
The perfect conglomeration.
I am your everything and nothing.

This is both sad but beautiful. This brings to mind someone from my past I want to forget.
