There's so much to misunderstand about me.
There's no soul on Earth who's on my frequency.
I'm on God's green Earth, and I'm on it alone.
I live on this earth, and I live on my own.

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.

I have never seen, and I doubt that I will see
Anyone else on Earth who is quite like me.
In these times my life has become what I feared.
I'm alone and lonely because I'm too "weird."

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.

I live without love. I live without kisses.
I live with no woman to call my misses.
No woman on this plane could love the real me.
No woman alive is on my frequency.

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.

There's no one on this plane who's as "weird" as me.
There's no soul on Earth who's on my frequency.
I'm on God's green Earth, and I'm on it alone.
I live on this earth, and I live on my own.

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.

Misfits and outcasts--maybe they can relate
When I say I believe that this is my fate.
I doubt, but maybe they're on my frequency
And understand the feeling of being me.

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.

I am an earthling, but I might as well be
A visitor from another galaxy.
There's so much about me to misunderstand.
I guess this is how it was divinely planned.

I'm an extra-terrestrial human being.
People who see me can't believe what they're seeing.
