no tragedy
another’s near
drink remedy

Silent thoughts of hurt and pain
Abandonment and loss I hope to restrain
For now I’ll escape to fantasy’s lane
Where my life to change is fought in vain

Life is like a stack of pancakes
You add butter and syrup to make it better
But still what you have is
pancakes and more pancakes
