A nudist family took a trip
(A vacation time for fun)
They flew to California
To bask in summer sun.
On their way to Disneyland
They stopped to see a mall
And were approached as they parked
By a fellow with unmitigated gall.
He opened up his heavy coat,
And you probably have guessed,
Underneath that coat of his
He wasn’t even dressed.

The kids were both aghast.
“Dark socks without your shoes?”
And Aunt Millie was struck speechless,
Which was really quite good news.

Father just frowned and stared,
The stranger felt his glare.
“Why get a piercing if
It’s on something that’s down there?”

And Mom just shook her head.
He’d be deceased if looks could kill.
“A heavy winter coat like that
In August, and it’s twill?”
“Besides,” the mom went on,
“Those socks don’t even match.
I hope you’re not thinking that
You’re anyone’s finest catch.”

“Does your mother actually know,”
Aunt Millie finally said,
“You wear those holey socks?
You’re just so damned ill-bred?”

The flasher shook his head
“What kind of folks are these?
He was disappointed and rebuked
And stood naked in the breeze.
“I’ve lost my faith in people,” said he.
“I’m depressed and really hurt.
They didn’t even care,” he cried,
“That I’d no pants or shoes or shirt”.
