Bound in chains I feel so bound
My soul cries out with a sorrowful sound
Trapped in my own world, endlessly bound
Desperate for a way of escape I'm found
Chained in years of thoughts and disarray
My spirit and mind, all chained away
Suppressed by social ideals, standing in my way
A destined freedom, I must come astray
Soaring through my doubts holding my faith
I will break free of these metaphysical chains
A freedom of being among the stars in the night
And submit freely to a divine Master of the light
