The fightin' took a toll, my lads, this secret's on my lips
We lost a lot of seamen, we've emptied out our ships
But hope's not lost for our side, we still can plant a seed
We'll win this war, we'll slam the door, fresh seamen's all we need!

Long lines of our fresh seamen, they're flowin' toward the docks
Our vessels are fresh seamen filled, we won't go off half cocked
With loads of our fresh seamen, soon our ranks will swell
Our battleships will soon be filled with their fresh seaman smell!

Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, so powerful and thick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, fresh as a rose's prick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, our future's in their hands
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, the essence of our lands!

Of course we need fresh seamen, in all our fightin' tubs
But where fresh seamen dominate is fillin' up our subs
Let's send out a sub missive, that calls for a fresh load
Of seamen, oh so fresh and strong, they're ready to explode!

Below the decks fresh seamen toil, bathed in grease and lube
Fresh seamen swarm the armory and load torpedo tubes
Clean and strong and thick and hard, fresh seamen are our hope
Fresh seamen lift my spirits as they raise their periscopes!

Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, so powerful and thick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, fresh as a rose's prick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, our future's in their hands
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, the essence of our lands!

Their spirit is contagious, some say it multiplies
Fresh seamen take their leave ashore, between fresh maiden thighs
But when on board, this mighty hoard is boiling for a fight
Our oceans are fresh seamen filled, a thrust of naval might!

As I watched a ship in dock, there was a pregnant pause
Twas just a short delay as more fresh seamen joined the cause
With our full banks of seamen, right triumphs over wrong
So sign up for the cause, my lads, cum on, yes cum along!

Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, so powerful and thick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, fresh as a rose's prick
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, our future's in their hands
Fresh seamen, fresh seamen, the essence of our lands!

So funny, so ironic, so well done and oh so true. One if my favourites by you.
