I turn off the sound
with the little button
that looks like a speaker
I heard her voice already
but now
don’t want anyone in the next room
to hear it since
I have it memorized
it is her hair
redder than a Bloody Mary
it is her mouth
rounder than the eye of a typhoon
as perfect as the halo of a galaxy
as deep as the estuary
becoming a delta
shouting things I’ve heard before
and committed to memory
but must have her for keeps
on the flash or hard drive
both of which require I
log in or create an account
to download
neither of which I want to do
but must to possess her
a fake email will not work
since they will mail me a password
so here goes my real one
now I am exposed for
what I am
the way Ginger exposes herself
her hair, her mouth, her delta
and now decide if she will be mobile
or fixed
I say ‘why not’
she is as much a part of me
as all the files and history I have deleted
and save her on Disk ‘C’
then set the speakers to 2%
just to refresh my memory
