Everyone wants to know
about all the things you did...
but you aren't talking about them
so you hid them all away.
Your past is all but gone and
the secrets are hidden so well...
you're hiding skeletons in your
closet away from prying eyes.

Though your past isn't perfect
the things you did were sure...
to surprise the most naive hearts
that say that you were such a good boy.
As rumors spread and witnesses
say they saw you do those things...
truths came out all about you because
you had been hiding skeletons.

Some say let sleeping dogs lie
and just to leave you alone.
But some want to hear about your
misdeeds because they're curious.
With the worst being thought all
the rumor mongers and looky-loos
all want to look in your closet and
see the skeletons that you hide.

Yes you were really hiding skeletons.
