Jasmin,
A scent so sweet, in form perfection.
To touch and feel the rounded swell
And curve of a woman.
What gifts bestowed by your gentle kisses?
What gifts your sighs and sweet murmurings?
An electric shock through my soul
As you whisper my name.
With that whisper sounding again and again,
Resounding through my mind and chasing away
All the pain of a loneliness so great...
Mere lust pales when compared to that whisper.
I remember your touch, so light.
The merest brush against my soul
It sent me reeling.
Out of control in my mind do collide
All the dreams and wishes and magical nights
Of a lifetime spent yearning
And hoping to find... Her,
That woman,
Who does inspire the very light in my life
And does take its flicker, and softly
Coax it to burn with a power
That terrifies me.
