Their lips upon each others lips were laid
Soft moans of joy, hushed laughter, soft shrill cries
All uttered, with nervous passion in their eyes.

Their breath, forbidden kisses, doubly hot
Upon the flames of pent desire gently blown
Like a bellows on their spirits when alone.

They dance a slow, sweet song that no one knows
The tune with which their dancing feet are led
She looks upon his face, whereon her soul is fed.

He sees her body bare and fallen eyes
Her white breast slowly sinks, again to rise
Her mind and body shaken, with deep soft sighs.

Then all delight of sound suddenly dead
Alone, apart in silence once again.
