Watching, waiting wondering when,
What would it be like, to see you again?

Miles away in a distant place,
Etched in fire, your beautiful face.

The wind it whispers, I call your name.
It’s been so long, a crying game.

Far away, past sky and sea,
A quiet place for you and me.

The soul is breaking, wanting so much.
To kiss you, to taste you, to feel you, to touch.

Missing you more, with each passing day.
One horrible night, death took you away.

Now I can see you, only in dreams.
I say I love you , but the silence screams?
