Moonlight peers through the window

Two bodies draped in despair

Frozen numb, can't feel to breathe

They stare into the reflection of pain in each others eyes

Scraping for hope within their peer but both are devoid

Tears and laughter no longer veil

No use for trust or love

Nothing left but a desperate ache

Only nought remains.
