Why must you judge and criticize,
The bodies of us girls with upward eyes?
Society tells us what is right,
But their standards are not our light.

We are more than one size fits all,
Our bodies unique, stand proud and tall,
Our curves and lines do not define,
The beauty that lies within our minds.

We are not objects for display,
Nor numbers that determine our worth each day,
Our bodies should be celebrated,
For the strength and love we have created.

Let us embrace our bodies with grace,
And rid ourselves of the shame they face,
For our worth is not found in our size,
But in the love we give and the change we realize.
