One Can Only Hope

There is a time and place when both a man or woman are going about in life, wandering and wondering if they would ever meet. Not just a friend or acquaintance but meet that precious someone that we were all told about when they were young, where they would eventually meet in life, their true love.

Along this road comes many lessons in life that range from patience, solitude, grief, tenderness, joy, heartache, loss, happiness, laughter and even tears. But this comes from time and the experiences of life.

With this journey, came the roads and crossroads with hills and valleys. But along came compassion, empathy, understanding, acceptance, forgiveness, passion, tenderness and painfully; disappointment without their true love.

For some, their path is long, harsh and sometimes cruel. While for others the path can be short and wondrous. But no matter the path they do eventually meet their true love.

For some that love is freely given which is sadly returned unrequited and for others not enough, for they lack the depth or understanding. Ultimately resulting in heartache and eventually at a loss without their true love.

However in life there those that may not understand but they do try and eventually get it right. But the foolishness falls on those who never learn or willing to understand the depth of true love.

Then there are those that are able to comprehend. That they do so with new meaning and understanding but with a greater amount of love from one's very core of mind, heart, body and depths of soul; from and for each other, once again for their true love.

But of all things that are dear and precious both love without conditions, limits or compromises.

As we all rightfully deserve when we do meet our true love.
