The water dripping from the pipe reminded her of something
It was moist, wet
As luck would have it he had an umbrella
When it snapped wide open it reminded her of something
It was big, tight
She was thankful for this fella
They were protected from the elements
It was brandished, held with reverence
She wanted to hold it, it reminded her of something
But he insisted, now the rain was pounding
He lead her down the path
It was her inner voice
That just had to ask
Why am I so moist?
