We hide away our secrets
have skeletons in our closet
we can't wish them all away
or kill them all one by one.

As life passes all of us by
we reach out for something
that seems just too far away
everything's out of our grasp.

We can grab and hold on to
everything so very tightly but
we know that so deep inside
everything's just a wish away.

Our secrets & skeletons we've
hidden away for far far too long
have finally risen to the surface
and now we're all really afraid.

The truths have all come out and
blurred lines have become clear
now finally it's time to reveal our
true selves no matter how much it hurts.
